Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to
cancel your order for any item purchased from Creamy Chic, for a full refund. This does
not apply to items marked with a "+" next to the product name.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number,
within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to Customer Care.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the
order to us.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the
item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We
will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or
exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Some products are
non-returnable; these are clearly marked with a '+' next to the product name.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own
protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service
that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse,
unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care
quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the
reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will
then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of
the faulty item to return it to us.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact
customer
care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the
product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a
replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not
wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on
the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is
evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be
returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery
care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water.
Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch.
Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.

Standard Delivery (3-4 working days):

Next Day Delivery: £4.50. Available Monday to
Thursday, except bank holidays (UK Only)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERIES:
Before placing your order, please note:
- If you place your order before 4.00pm on Monday to Thursday it will be
dispatched the same day by Interlink Express, to arrive the following day
between 8am-3pm.
- Interlink Express cannot specify a particular delivery time within the
8am-3pm window.
- Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9,
IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 31, 33 - 38, 44,
45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY
After your order has shipped:
- If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order
please inform customer care.
- You may track your order using a unique tracking link which will be
emailed to you.
- If you are not present to accept the delivery the driver will leave the
parcel in a 'safe place' (out of sight and protected from the elements). He
will then leave a card through your door informing you of this.
- If there is not a safe place the driver will leave a card with the
details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for
a re-delivery.
Multiple Shipments: If your order is made up of
multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen,
you will only pay one delivery charge, and we will send you two dispatch
confirmation e-mails to advise which items have been dispatched in each parcel.
Please note that your entire order should be delivered within the same delivery
period, however each parcel may arrive at a different time.
